Surprisingly spacious for the price

The room was impressively large, providing plenty of space to relax after a long day of exploring Memphis. The kitchenette was a pleasant addition, making meals feel more at home.

However, the noise from nearby traffic was a constant distraction, disrupting what could have been a peaceful stay. Additionally, I noticed some cleanliness issues that could use attention.

Oh, where do I begin? The elevators were hotter than the sun, leaving me forced to hike up and down stairs with my heavy bags, while no staff offered any assistance. I was left waiting for towels and cleanliness that never came. I should’ve received a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but obviously, that didn’t happen.

Had a nice time with my family, especially the kids running around and enjoying the nearby attractions. The location was great, providing easy access to local fun spots. We appreciated the chance to stay connected and surf the web during downtime.
